**Overview**
Publicis One is our “Power of One” solution for The LEGO Group, a custom-built team created with one purpose in mind – to be The LEGO Group’s partner in unlocking transformative growth in the evolving play landscape. Our London-based Global and UK team comprises c. 60 people, who are dedicated to The LEGO Group’s business, and supported by teams in 55 markets across the world, who are a true extension of our team.
The Global Data and Analytics team serves as the centre of excellence to elevate all market measurement capabilities through the creation of best practices, consistent measurement approaches, and development of cross-market measurement insights.
The team are responsible for campaign analysis and reporting across multiple Global workstreams. Working closely with our internal Global teams (Go to Market, Media Strategy, Digital Team, Data Governance etc) and local market teams.
**Responsibilities**
**The day-to-day responsibilities:**
+ Delivery of global post campaign insights reports for global client leads
+ Compiling a global view of key campaigns, analysis and insights
+ Structure and execute global measurement framework
+ Contributing to Global Taxonomy and Data Collection excellence
+ Determining best practices on benchmark calculations, test design etc.
+ Diving into large data sets, uncovering insights and providing impactful recommendations
+ Organising and managing daily tasks and openly communicating progress with team members
+ Translating data into visuals (charts and graphs) that demonstrate key findings
+ Communicating with clients regularly on scheduled weekly calls and supporting the delivery of PCAs and ad-hoc requests
+ Meeting with Global clients & internal teams to contribute to projects and workstreams
+ Support the team in producing standardised documents and processes for Global media reporting
+ Supporting in the QA and maintenance of data integrity at collection, compilation and analysis
**Qualifications**
**What are we looking for?**
+ **Experience**
+ Experience working in a media agency
+ Contributed to campaign or insights reporting
+ Have experience working directly with clients
+ Have meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a high quality in all deliverables
+ Exceptional organisational skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple task **Communication**
+ Active listener and thoughtful communicator within internal and client discussions
+ Raises questions based on data trends and patterns, explores hypothesis on causation
+ Proactively identifies own knowledge gaps and seeks to answer them through team and other Publicis resources and experts **Analytics**
+ Media Metric reporting calculations and considerations (CPM, CPA, CTR, VTR, ROAS etc)
+ Data visualisation (charts and graphs) to demonstrate key findings
+ Understanding of (or strong desire to learn) global media reporting and analytics with a passion for digital marketing
+ Contribute to the analysis of substantial data sets, make insightful cross-channel recommendations and be a clear communicator of ideas **Tools & Techniques**
+ Confident working with data in Excel including pivot tables and vlookups
+ Strong PowerPoint presentation skills for crafting compelling and engaging presentations
+ Experience with suite of tools and platforms (PPT, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint etc)
**Nice to have**
+ Other data analysis tools such as SQL or PowerBI
+ Experience advertising to children and young people
+ Experience in media within a global business context
+ Ability to synthesize implications ("so what?") from analysis with guidance
