**Description**
Apple is seeking a leader with a deep background in security operations, managing multiple remits and concurrent programs, projects, or initiatives. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, program management expertise, excellent writing skills, and the ability to foster and maintain good relationships with key partners and employees at all levels. This candidate will lead the AMR Corporate Security Managers, driving operational efficiencies, consistent security services, and cross-functional collaborations. They will play a key role in leading others and upholding and instilling Global Security values: Service, Integrity, and Awareness. Key responsibilities will include:
- Effectively lead the AMR Corporate Security teams, investing in leadership development within the team to foster professional growth
- Maintain high-level oversight and accountability of corporate sites and event responsibilities
- Prioritize strategies through a holistic approach to security to anticipate, identify, and mitigate risk
- Strategize and forecast with business groups to ensure each security assignment and the scope of work are well planned, executed, and confidential
- Build and foster relationships with key internal and external partners such as law enforcement, government agencies, EHS, Facilities, and outside vendors
- Define, refine, and use metrics to drive improvements
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Must be able to work with highly confidential information
+ A minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in security operations
+ At least 3+ years of corporate leadership experience demonstrating organizational and leadership success, leading, hiring, and developing security teams
+ Outstanding oral and written communication with excellent presentation skills to deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organization including large groups and senior executives
+ Ability to work collaboratively, with previous experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects
+ Must have exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work under stressful conditions and oftentimes in ambiguous environments
+ Background in formulating, implementing, and critically reviewing security plans
+ Travel 25-35% of the time, with on-call responsibilities
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
+ Proficient in delivering high-level professional Keynote presentations
+ Ability to inspire, influence, and collaborate across teams, functions, and levels of seniority
+ Results-oriented, upbeat, and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed
**Pay & Benefits**
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,500 and $274,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
