Global Security - Consumer Security - Regional Project Manager

As the Vice President of Consumer Security Regional Project Manager within the Consumer Banking Branch Network, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our firm's employees, customers, and assets through the implementation of physical security measures. You will lead a team to manage security-related projects, identify potential risks, and collaborate with key business partners and law enforcement to enhance our security posture. This opportunity allows you to apply your strategic thinking and leadership skills to navigate complex security challenges and foster collaboration across various business units.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Lead select team in the build and management of security-related projects generated to improve the security posture of consumer banking retail locations. Identify potential risks and implement strategies to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Consumer & Community Bank (CCB) retail resources.Apply project management efficiencies to enhance operational effectiveness and respond to security demands and issues within Real Estate and ATM partnerships.Analyze current roles and responsibilities within the GS North America Physical Security team and establish national-level standardizations for handling security requirements for retail branch locations and remote banking operations.Ensure follow-up coordination, including necessary investigation and risk mitigation, in collaboration with line of business management, corporate partners, and law enforcement.Develop and maintain relationships and communication lines with key business partners and management within Real Estate and ATM Operations. Attend key management meetings to maintain visibility and open communication.Research root causes of issues impacting daily performance of the GS North America Physical Security team and define corrections for impactful change to daily demands.Liaise with law enforcement agencies and financial industry leaders to understand evolving strategies in retail banking operations requiring a security focus. Maintain relationships with key contacts.

Collaborate with the JPMC Protective Intelligence team and law enforcement to understand potential risks to operations.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security development role.Expertise in proactively assessing and managing security projects and programs.Ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills to unstructured problems and situations.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across multiple lines of business.

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Degree preferred or equivalent years of specific experience.Basic security product knowledge and business process understanding.Availability for after-hours response to emergency incidents.Willingness to travel occasionally in support of daily department functions and responsibilities.
