What You'll Do
You will be a key member of the BCG Global Security team.
Liaise with BCG offices worldwide to support the development & maintenance of their business resilience capabilitiesOrganize and manage an on-going program of resilience plan reviews and incident response exercisesProject manage & schedule key program activitiesKeep stakeholders updated on program activities, risks and issuesWork closely with vendors to maintain automated review process workflowsWork closely with our business data analysts to ensure that program-generated data is up to date and available for integration into Risk-wide dashboardsManage and drive development of BCG’s Global Resilience Forum, a network of office representatives aimed at sharing best practice in response to adverse eventsEnsure preparation for each GRF and open session is complete, such as sending invites, updating decks, sending out additional communications, allocating training facilitation responsibility etcSupport the Incident Response lead and other members of the Global Security Team (as needed) in developing and delivering the global resiliency program, including:Provide support to offices or staff in crisis if requiredAssist with the creation and delivery of tabletop exercises for local Incident Response Teams (IRTs)Creation of media materials for business resiliency exercisesAssist with awareness materials for workplace violence threats, reputational issues, and climate-related crisesDraft After-Action Reports to assess local IRT response during exercisesSupport the Travel Security lead in managing the global Travel Security program, including:Managing travel requests to higher-risk destinationsMonitoring changes in travel security environments that could affect BCG employees in-countryCreating and delivering pre-travel security briefingsSupport members of the Global Security Team in other facets of the team’s work, as required, including:Manage the monthly team pulse check survey, sending the survey, collating all responses and updating relevant PPT deck for senior management to reviewDeploying to support the team Meetings & Events lead in the planning and delivery of BCG events regionally and globally.Conduct research using publicly available sources to gather information on persons of interest (POIs), locations, or emerging risks that inform crisis planning and decision-making.Support the creation and updating of regional threat and risk assessments.
