**Overview**
The Global Search Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on assigned accounts, from client contact to translating briefs into campaigns. You will ensure that all aspects of the account are running smoothly, from new tactics being tested to routine tasks. This role requires excellent time management, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building rapport and clearly communicating campaign activities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Day-to-Day Management: Oversee all aspects of the daily management of allocated accounts. Ensure campaigns are running smoothly and efficiently.
+ Client Communication: Serve as the lead contact for all day-to-day client communications, including emails and meetings. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
+ Campaign Implementation: Lead the implementation of all account activities, including ad copy, keyword selection, optimization, and bid management using multiple tools.
+ Performance Analysis: Analyze daily activities and trends to maximize performance. Clearly articulate how activities are delivering against targets.
+ Budget Management: Manage all account budgets, ensuring accurate tracking to avoid unauthorized overspending. Work with the Account Director on forecasting and planning search budgets.
+ Reporting: Ensure all reports (weekly, monthly, QBR, ad hoc) are produced accurately and on time. Reports should be insightful, contain relevant recommendations, and showcase campaign achievements.
+ Best Practices: Implement best practice management techniques across all campaigns. Ensure all work is of high quality and uses best practices.
+ Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest search marketing industry trends and relay relevant data to clients and internally.
**Qualifications**
**Who Are You?**
+ 3+ years of experience in a digital agency, with hands-on experience in PPC
+ In-depth experience and understanding of PPC across key suppliers (Google Ads and Bing).
+ Valid Google Ads Advanced and Bing Ads Certifications.
+ Experience with campaign and bid management software and hold a valid certification.
+ Good presentation skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
+ Excellent prioritization and project management skills.
+ Up-to-date knowledge of the search marketing industry.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office solutions, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Web Analytics understanding, particularly Google Analytics.
+ Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
+ Experience with budget forecasting and planning.
+ Excellent communication and writing skills.
