The Role of Global Sales Operations Specialist works closely with the Global Sales Support & Operations Manager to support various functions within the B2B Distribution Platform. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in operations management and understand the inner workings of a dynamic tech company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in daily operational tasks and ensure smooth functioning of the platform such as account creation and maintaining records for B2B Distribution PlatformCoordinate and onboard new products and maintain an up-to-date product listingWork closely with the account manager to ensure periodic product cost price checks are conducted and implement strategies to mitigate potential risk and lossesCreate and maintain weekly/monthly reports and compiling of sales leadsMentor intern and collaborate efficiently with them from daily operational tasks to facilitate smooth handover processesWork as a team to maintain good relationships and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and process adherence.Help troubleshooting operational issues and providing timely resolutions.Support the team in creating proposals or presentation materialsContribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.Other duties as assigned

This role involves handling the setup and updates of reseller products and commissions— tasks requiring attention to detail and coordination. It is part of the maker-checker process to ensure compliance.
