Main responsibilities:

Provide Pharmacovigilance (PV) and risk management expertise to internal and external customersAct as a safety expert for products and maintain knowledge of products, product environment, and recent literatureMaintain PV expertise, and understanding of international safety regulations and guidelinesLead cross functional Safety Management Teams (SMTs)Communicate with and represent PV position within project/product teams, with external partners and Health AuthoritiesProvide strategic and proactive safety input into development plansSupport due diligence activities and pharmacovigilance agreementsResponsible for signal detection and analysisCo-lead benefit-risk assessment with other relevant functionsEnsure generation, consistency, and quality of safety sections in submission documentsWrite responses or contributions to health authorities’ questions

About you

Advanced degree in a medical or scientific field (ideally MD)Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance and risk managementClinical experienceIn-depth knowledge of international safety regulations and guidelinesStrong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teamsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProven ability to analyze complex safety data and develop strategic safety plansFluency in English; additional languages are a plus
