Global Real Estate Strategic Operations - Vice President
Join the Global Real Estate Operating Office to play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives. As a Global Real Estate Strategic Operations - Vice President, you will support the GRE COO, playing a crucial role in promoting strategic initiatives and analytics. Your responsibilities will include conducting data analyses, preparing reports for senior audiences, and enhancing team efficiency. You will be instrumental in assisting senior management and coordinating the team's delivery and reporting on initiatives. In a time-pressured and high-profile environment, you will be instrumental in assisting/advising senior management and in coordinating the team's responsibility to deliver and report on initiatives. **Job responsibilities:** + Conduct thorough quantitative and logical analyses to support business decisions, process improvements, and strategic planning + Prepare routine and adhoc business management reporting and high touch presentations, create impactful presentations and succinctly communicate findings to senior management + Develop and implement business processes to enhance team efficiency + Build and maintain strong relationships with internal GRE team and partners + Collaborate with senior leaders across GRE and Chief Administrative Office to support various strategic initiatives **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field + 7+ years of experience in business management, or a related area + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive insights and decisions + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams + Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically + Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with high degree of independence + Excellent written and oral communication skills + Strong time management and prioritization skills + Attention to detail with logical thought process + High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Qlik, Python, etc.) JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
