Your main responsabilities will be : Function: Define the Technical road map of Bostik on the Mobility Market worldwide together with the Global – Manage the corresponding project portfolio with each Regional Teams. Team management: Manage in a transverse mode R&D Teams for Durable Goods involved with Mobility projects in the different labs of Bostik Durable Goods Worldwide (Product Development and Technical Support). Develop a balanced team to meet company vision/goals and keep them motivated. Drive the team to further the culture of innovation and continuous improvement. System and procedures: Build and communicate the road map and manage the Portfolio of projects using Clarity project management tool. R&D activity:. Develop and maintain a technical support activity that delivers customer technical support. Build knowledge of customer products and applications. Provide appropriate product recommendations; Support customer’s new product qualification process. Facilitate interactions between technical experts across markets. Strengthen interaction between R&D DG team and Corporate R&D. Contribute to the development of the scientific expertise of the team. • Develop and Maintain Expertise of the application/Market - multi technology. • Be the “Technical reference” for Mobility Market of Bostik in front of Customers • Global coordination of R&D project portfolio of the market (Mobility) in alignment with Business priorities • Build and update techno-road map with the Global Market Manager and team • Responsible for the global developments.
