The Global Quality Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing quality assurance and operational excellence initiatives across all manufacturing sites and global supply chain operations. This role ensures that products and processes meet the highest quality standards while driving continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements.
As a key leader in the organization, the Global Quality Operations Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to align quality strategies with business objectives, manage risks, and implement best practices across global operations.
Your ideal background Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 10+ years of progressive experience in quality management, with a minimum of 5 years in a global or multi-site leadership role. Strong expertise in manufacturing or supply chain quality within industries such as automotive, and or electronics. Exceptional knowledge of quality standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in root cause analysis and CAPA. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in quality management tools and software (e.g., SAP QMS, Minitab, Excel and PowerPoint). Fluent in English both written and spoken Culturally sensitive
