Global Quality Director – Cloud Operations

Based onsite in Florence, KY

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Global Quality Director to lead quality assurance and operational excellence across our global cloud infrastructure and services. This executive-level role is responsible for shaping and executing the quality strategy that ensures our cloud platforms meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and compliance.

In this role, you will support one of our Fortune 5 customers onsite, serving as the primary quality leader and strategic partner. You will work closely with their teams to ensure seamless integration of quality systems, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement across cloud manufacturing operations.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive global quality initiatives, oversee quality systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What can you expect to do?

Define and lead the global quality strategy for cloud operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectationsSupport and manage the customer relationshipServe as the onsite quality leader for a Fortune 5 customer, building strong relationships and ensuring high-touch supportOversee the implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems (QMS) across global cloud infrastructureDrive operational excellence through Six Sigma, Lean, and other quality methodologiesLead global audits, compliance initiatives, and risk management programsPartner with engineering, product, and operations teams to embed quality into every stage of the cloud service lifecycleDevelop and mentor a high-performing global quality teamAnalyze performance metrics and present insights to executive leadership to inform strategic decisions

What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?

Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field requiredExperience:Minimum of 15 years of experience in Quality Management within the High Tech or Cloud industry, including cloud infrastructure, rack, server, data center, storage, or similar technology sectorsProven Quality Operations Management experience in a global or enterprise-scale environmentExperience supporting large enterprise customers, preferably Fortune 100 or higherExperience with multiple site Quality leadershipCertifications:Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferredStrong leadership and communication skills with a global mindsetExpertise in ISO standards, regulatory compliance, and cloud service quality frameworksAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing, and matrixed environment
