About the Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing Business Analyst with 5–10 years of purchasing experience and a strong background in data analytics in Aftermarket Division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing digital tools and solutions to support purchasing data overview, process improvement and decision-making. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven insights and continuous improvement.

What you can look forward to as Global Purchasing Business Analyst Leader Ensure the accuracy and integrity of procurement data across systems and databases Design and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key procurement metrics, including savings calculations, spend analysis, project tracking and so on Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as Sales, Engineering, and Finance—to align purchasing strategies with business objectives, including OP target setting and performance tracking Provide actionable insights through in-depth data analysis to support strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cost reduction initiatives Lead continuous improvement efforts in procurement processes by leveraging data automation, predictive analytics, and digital tools Your Profile as Global Purchasing Business Analyst Leader Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field More than 5-10 years' work experience in the field of sourcing and purchasing, better as a Business Analyst Familiarity with digital development platforms (e.g., Python, R, VBA, or low-code/no-code tools) and experience in independently developing digital solutions Strong data analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar Good knowledge in purchase processes and process improvement Proficient in English both written and spoken Why you should choose ZF in China?
