Adecco has partnered with a Global Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) company in hiring a Full Time, Direct Hire **Global Program Manager.** We are seeking a **Bilingual Mandarin OR Bilingual Spanish** Global Program Manager who can Travel Domestically & Internationally to various company sites. This company is supporting production for the Artificial Intelligence industry.

**Position Overview**
The **Global Program Manager (GPM)** will lead cross-functional initiatives across geographies and departments, aligning internal teams and client stakeholders to execute complex product and program strategies. Reporting to the Vice President, this role ensures program execution from concept through delivery, continuously monitoring progress, risks, and performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure excellence in execution, innovation, and growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Program Strategy & Execution**
+ Lead the creation and management of integrated, cross-functional project plans aligned with global program objectives.
+ Act as a central point of contact between internal teams, clients, and The Company’s headquarters (Taiwan), ensuring clear communication and alignment.
+ Drive continuous improvement by identifying execution gaps, proposing optimizations, and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
+ Forecast potential delays or blockers and proactively develop alternate scenarios and contingency plans.
**Operational Oversight**
+ Ensure program milestones are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
+ Monitor internal and external KPIs, ensure compliance with program standards, and facilitate corrective action when needed.
+ Document decisions, meeting notes, and action items from functional teams and stakeholder discussions.
**Stakeholder Engagement**
+ Collaborate with external business partners and alliances to ensure successful program delivery.
+ Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, suppliers, and clients.
+ Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and escalate challenges or deviations early.
**Staff Development & Collaboration**
+ Participate in internal development programs and cross-functional meetings.
+ Model The Company’s core values and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
**Qualifications**
**Education & Certification**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field required.
+ PMP certification preferred.
**Experience**
+ 5+ years of program/project management experience in a fast-paced, global environment.
+ 5+ years of experience in or working closely with corporate procurement.
+ Previous experience in management consulting is a strong plus.
**Skills & Competencies**
+ **Strong bilingual communication skills: English + Mandarin OR English + Spanish preferred.**
+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
+ Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
+ Analytical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and across international teams.
+ Comfortable in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting with shifting priorities.
**Work Environment & Travel**
+ Frequent travel to Guadalajara and periodic visits to other Company locations.
+ Ability to sit, stand, and move for extended periods; occasional lifting (up to 15 lbs) may be required.
+ This position may involve working across multiple facilities and time zones.

**Pay Details:** $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
