What Will You Be Doing
You will be be responsible for defining and implementing channel programs for supporting the development and profitability of Citrix partners
You will define strategies and business development plans to drive sales and market growth for Citrix CSP solutions
You will ensure the coordination of the execution of sales growth plans
You will lead stakeholder management sessions and keep various management involved by maintaining open lines of communication
You will collaborate with the sales team, across geos to understand business trends and forecast
You will provide market intelligence; evaluates, develops, and manages market specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities
You will collaborate with global marketing for building and supporting the execution of marketing plans that are aligned with go-to-market plans
You will monitor the deployment of channel programs and go-to-market actions against set KPI's, and take corrective actions
You will ensure the sales and technical teams across geos are enabled with the go-to-market strategy
More About the Function:
The Citrix Global Strategic Program Manager is recognized as an expert in own area within the organization
Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices
Works independently, with guidance in most complex situations
What We Are Looking For
You have 12+ years of experience in planning, directing, and executing a sales strategy and managing programs in the IT industry
Fluency in English
Effective communication with people at all levels
Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships
Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach
Work Arrangement
Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

$151,500 - $200,000 OTE

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
