岗位职责：
1.负责智能设备新产品开发端到端的项目管理工作；
2.核心工作重点：管控进度和研发预算，达成成本，供应和质量等交付目标；
3.带领项目团队管理项目计划状态，资源，针对项目过程中的问题和风险，需求变更等，指定解决方案计划。定期总结汇报项目状态，及时决策项目方向。

岗位要求：
1.出色的项目团队领导力，多项目并行管理能力，内部和外部资源的协调力与影响力；
2.充分理解摩托罗拉和各销售区域，运营商的合作模式，针对不同客户和运营商的需求制定产品的开发计划和投资组合计划；
3.熟悉智能手机、电子消费类产品行业供应商，了解行业最新发展趋势；
4.不局限于遵循流程，在流程优化和开发模式上勇于创新；
5.出差频率：20%以上；
6.流利的英语听说读写能力（必须）。
