EF Corporate Learning is a division focusing on supplying language and executive training to corporate clients. We provide mainly English courses and a variety of other languages, through immersion, virtually or face to face. 

We are looking for a Global Program Manager to join our Teach Online Corporate Learning Center to be based in our office in Zurich. The post-holder will work closely with a global team of Customer Success Managers to ensure swift and effective implementation and management of our teachers and teacher-led courses (EF Professional, EF World Languages). 

They will oversee delivery of the courses and ensure service levels and quality requirements are fulfilled. 
Responsibilities:

Be directly responsible for the implementation and management of courses. This will involve but not limited to:Leading the assigned projects of launching group and large individual cohorts of studentsEnsuring a smooth start and delivery of our courses following client’s needs Proposing and implementing mitigating actions for identified project risks Pre-empting, reacting and quickly resolving to problems and questions with clear answers and structure Monitoring success criteria for courses, leading brainstorms around corrective actions and implementing the agreed next steps  Providing and identifying improvements for teacher support and guidance overall Securing teacher resources needed for projects under your responsibility as well as recognizing the impact on overall teacher resources  Liaising, establishing, and developing a good partnership with the Customer Success Managers around the world collaborating with you on projects Leading difficult conversations with key stakeholders on your projects Identifying and actively contributing towards operational improvements as well as supporting to adjust best practices  Core competencies: Required:Project and results orientedSound decision making skills and logical thinkingExcellent communication, inter-personal and analytical skillsAbility to have difficult conversations where neededProactive with a team spirit who thrives under pressureStrong computer skills especially Microsoft Excel Strong organizational and time management skills to manage different projects simultaneouslyNative level of English. Ideal candidate will speak additional languages Passionate and proactive about achieving client success and satisfaction through improvementsPreferred:Experience managing freelancersStrong business and commercial instinct Recognized EFL qualification with experience as an EFL teacher is a plus
