The Product Owner Security by Culture successfully leads the Security by Culture products as part of Global Information Security portfolio. The goal of the team and the Security by Culture Products is to reduce the human risk that is related to cyber security through training, change & communication, events, assessments & other measurements, thereby building a resilient and cyber-safe organisation. The team is dedicated to creating lasting change in behaviour for all HEINEKEN employees (from blue collar colleagues to C-suite) by delivering fun, accessible, and diversified solutions, making every HEINEKEN employee a HEINEKEN Protector. The Product Owner of the team ensures that the mission, vision, and business value of the team are secured.
Your responsibilities would include:
• responsibility for product vision and accountable for the end-to-end ownership and delivery of the products
• representing the voice of all global end-users regarding secure behavioral practices and ensure alignment with all relevant stakeholders.
• leading the change & communication initiatives for all of Global Information Security in close collaboration with the Digital Enablement Competence Center and ensure that the DE strategy is implemented within GIS
• collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure successful rollout of the various security by culture products
• working closely together with the Global Information Security MT, Regional Security and Risk Leads and OpCo Cyber Security Officers, Digital Enablement Competence Center, OpCo MTs, other Global Functions such as GSC (PCD), GL&D, Legal (Privacy) and CA, as well as external partners.
• overseeing Product Backlog at the product level, identifying opportunities for global scalability and reusability between Global Functions, Regions, Brand Teams and OpCos, and ensuring prioritised value capture based on the defined outcomes
• representing the voice of the customer and is responsible for ensuring alignment with all relevant stakeholders
• designing mechanisms to ensure long-term product or business success. Is a demonstrated leader within the organisation and incorporates best practices across the broader team as well as within the product teams.

You are a good candidate if you have:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in information security or a related field.
• work experience: 7+ years
• work experience in the field of expertise; 5+ years’ experience in behavioral change programs, leadership development programs and proven experience with applying psychology to the field of cyber security
• demonstrated experience with project management, creating content and facilitating workshops for senior management as well as blue-collar workers in warehouses and breweries
• knowledge of industry trends, cybersecurity concepts and demonstrated commitment to stay up to date on new solutions and digital developments
• ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with leaders across the business
• ability to connect with all types of employees to understand their needs across the Global Heineken Group
• excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• excellent verbal and writing skills
• knowledge of industry standard security frameworks such as NIST, and ISO
• SANS Security Awareness professional certificate (SSAP).
