As part of a global expert team—alongside a Global Product Owner and two other Global Product Managers—you will contribute to the execution of product strategy, lifecycle management, and global coordination across functions and regions. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Support the Global Product Owner in executing the product strategy and roadmap + Manage day-to-day product lifecycle activities for the assigned product + Monitor product performance (sales, margin, competitiveness) and propose improvement action + Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and regional teams to support launches, updates, and customer need + Contribute to market and competitor analysis + Help ensure product positioning, pricing, and documentation are aligned global + Support cross-functional alignment and knowledge sharing within the global product team **What We're Looking For** + Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field + 3–5+ years in product management, product engineering, or a related technical role + Familiarity with LV drives or similar industrial automation products + Positive can do attitude, strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills + Fluent in English; international mindset and willingness to travel **What You'll Get from Us** 1.
