Responsibilities The Opportunity This role's main objective is to enable, maintain, and manage users and vendors in MyBuy (Ariba), while providing support for North America. Your Impact As a Global Procurement User & Supplier Enablement Senior Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: 1. Process Ownership and Optimization - Ensure the execution of the standardized process to enable Supplier Classification, Category Cards, Suppliers in Ariba Network and Users in myBUY. - Logging, managing, resolving and closing the request raised by Users or Suppliers related to enable - Supplier Classification, Category Cards, Suppliers in Ariba Network and/or Users access in myBUY in accordance with defined SLAs for each process. - Manage and cleanse supplier classification, category cards, suppliers enable incorrectly in Ariba Network, users and suppliers inactive, users with roles incorrectly to ensure and validate timely change updates and the data accuracy. - Provide support, attention and resolution of users and/or vendors requests by carrying out: request identification and recording; prioritization of the work on the open request; provide support to the Users for the request; escalation procedures for ensuring request resolution. 2. Stakeholder Management - Work closely with all areas involve and guarantee cross functional collaboration - Manage communication with users and vendors throughout the lifecycle of the request related to enable Supplier Classification, Category Cards, Suppliers in Ariba Network and Users access in myBUY - Collaborate with areas involved in the process on system & solution design and maintenance following the procedures to enable Supplier Classification, Category Cards, Suppliers in Ariba Network and Users in myBUY - Work with Procurement Team, Vendors, IT Support and Ariba the creations or maintenance of punch-out catalogues 3. Technology and System Oversight - Ensure integration of myBUY systems with other upstream and downstream systems for Supplier and User Enablement - Address or escalate technical issues - Identify opportunities to improve and be an active part in the development and improvement of processes 4. Compliance and Risk Management - Lead the strategic management of user access: Take full responsibility for ensuring that access management aligns with risk frameworks and prevents Segregation of Duties (SoD) violations. Design, implement, and oversee robust policies and procedures that ensure compliance with both internal and external standards. - Head risk identification and control implementation: Work closely with the Controls Team to lead comprehensive risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and define the necessary control measures. Oversee the execution and effectiveness of these controls, making strategic adjustments to mitigate new risks and adapt to regulatory changes. - Manage continuous process updates and improvements: Ensure that information regarding process owners is always up to date by proactively managing the ownership database. Lead the review and optimization of existing processes and the creation or modification of new processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and best practices in risk management. 5. Data Management - Lead strategic process monitoring and improvement initiatives: Proactively oversee and evaluate process performance by monitoring the new SLAs and KPIs. Analyze trends, identify deviations, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to implement corrective actions and strategic enhancements, ensuring adherence to and optimization of established standards. - Manage database integrity and updates: Direct the ongoing process of data cleanup and updates, ensuring robust information governance and record accuracy. Collaborate with key departments to ensure the database aligns with the strategic needs of the business and supports data-driven decision-making. - Optimize supplier classification and commodity codes: Perform advanced analyses of performance data to identify opportunities for improvement in supplier classification and product code assignment. Propose and lead the implementation of strategic updates, aligned with best practices and business objectives, ensuring operational efficiency and market competitiveness. Follow up performance & compliance of the process through the new SLAs & KPIs 6. Training - Develop onboarding & training for new and existing Suppliers to ensure the knowledge to handle all transaction through the tool - Develop onboarding for new Users to add in myBUY related to each role: Requester, Approver, Receiver & Others - Develop onboarding & training for Users, Stakeholders, Procurement Team, and R2P Team to each process: enable Supplier Classification, enable Suppliers in Ariba Network and enable and use Category Cards.
