This involves managing a team of diverse professionals championing our Veralto Enterprise System and tools for continuous improvement, Procurement excellence, and driving strategy to achieve results.

This position is part of the Strategic Purchasing team and will be remote in the United States.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Overseeing all procurement-related strategies and activities at a global level.Managing a diverse team of Commodity Leaders, Purchasing Engineers, and Procurement Process Specialists to support organizational goals.Developing, implementing, and sustaining a global commodity strategy across defined categories, including direct and indirect materials/services, from initial supplier selection through end-of-life and service periods.Driving accountability and delivering on key procurement metrics, including Supplier Risk Management, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) improvements, supply continuity, and support for Accelerated Product Development (APD).Ensuring global supply chain adherence to all relevant regulatory and environmental compliance requirements.Leading and executing annual Value Add Value Engineering (VAVE) cost-saving initiatives, leveraging the expertise of your Purchasing Engineering team.Supporting Product Lifecycle Management within Procurement and Operations, with emphasis on End of Life (EOL) and End of Service (EOS) planning.Deploying Veralto Enterprise System (VES) tools, particularly Supply Base Management (SBM), and championing structured problem-solving, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across all procurement functions.Traveling to operating sites within X-Rite and to existing and prospecting suppliers (China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Switzerland, UK, other parts of Europe, and more).The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a management role with direct reports combined with experience in supplier selection, strategic sourcing of components, assemblies, and systems, and engagement with international suppliers.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven procurement strategies that align with global business objectives and deliver measurable impact.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding cost savings targets, performance metrics, and procurement KPIs.Experience with production part approval processes (PPAP), inventory management, commercial agreements, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, including internationally.It would be nice if you also possess:

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $115,000 - $130,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
