About the BOOST Program
Full-time internship: 35 hours/week, duration 6 months (extendable to 12)
Monthly gross stipend: 944 €
Fully funded online Master’s degree or postgraduate program
Exposure to international teams and cross-functional collaboration

Join our global business services hub and contribute to the design, improvement, and execution of key operational processes. This role supports PMI’s digital transformation through analytical thinking and business optimization.
What we're looking for:
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Data AnalyticsStrong analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solvingAdvanced Excel skillsPrevious experience (including academic) in data analysis, KPIs, or process designComfortable navigating digital platforms and working with cross-functional teamsWho we’re looking for:
Availability to start on September 8th, 2025Recent graduates or students with a maximum of 9 ECTS remainingFluent in Spanish and English (C1 or higher)Valid Spanish work permit or Student VisaProficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital toolsInterest in global processes, project environments, and innovationYou’ll thrive if you are:
