Join Lenovo as a GPO and shape the processes that power responsible innovation!

As a Global Process Owner (GPO), you will be responsible for driving end-to-end process excellence across the organization. You will be a part of a global team within the SSG organization, reporting to our Director, SSG Transformation Office GPO.

The role may require occasional travel to regional offices or business units for All hands meeting, team building, workshops, etc.


What You Will Do:

Developing Process Strategy: Define and align process strategies with business objectives, identifying gaps between current and ideal states, and setting a roadmap for improvement. Engaging Stakeholders: Advocate for process improvement by communicating its value and aligning the vision with senior leadership. Designing Services and Processes: Map and design global processes, incorporating best practices and necessary technology solutions. Leading Process Improvement: Evaluate and implement methodologies like Lean or automation tools to enhance efficiency and innovation. Assessing Controls: Conduct end-to-end control assessments to identify risks and organizational gaps, ensuring robust governance and risk mitigation. Managing Change: Lead change management initiatives, including communication strategies and local adoption frameworks. Initiating PMO Activities: Oversee stakeholder engagement, prioritize initiatives, align resources, and manage project governance. Ensuring Operational Excellence: Maintain process compliance, address change requests, and continuously improve efficiency through governance, innovation, and root cause analysis

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor, preferred Master Degree Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent is preferred   Excellent interpersonal and communications skills  Entrepreneurship and with a high degree of self-motivation and drive  Strong Collaboration Skills and ability to work cross functionally At least 5 Years+ of work experience in Sales Enablement, Strategy & Operation, Process Excellence, playing Subject Mater Expert roleA consulting background would be ideal

Base gross monthly salary starts from 2 500 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience!
