About the Team

The global Quality Management Excellence Team supports ZF Aftermarket worldwide in achieving excellence in processes. The team consists of individuals responsible for the quality management system, focusing on certification, auditing, and ensuring an effective QM system, as well as activities related to the implementation, maintenance, and development of SAP with the focus on quality processes. International collaboration is our core focus. If you enjoy working in an international environment, have an affinity for IT, are willing to travel, enjoy working on projects, and can organize and manage yourself independently, then you are the right fit for us.

What you can look forward to as Global Process Expert Quality: Maintenance and support SAP Rollouts in different locations working as a team member in a passionated project team Support implementation of SAP QM-Modul/ SAP TP1 QM implementation  and conduct trainings  Active participation in ZF-internal and external working groups  Building and maintaining an international network of process experts within the defined area of responsibility to achieve process excellence  Advising and supporting the global local/regional process experts on process-related topics Your Profile as Global Process Expert Quality: Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or a commercial/technical training, or a successfully completed degree in computer science or economics (similar qualifications are possible) as well as several years of professional experience in the field of quality are required An independent working style, customer orientation, precision, strong coordination and communication skills, and teamwork ability are required Advanced and good SAP knowledge is mandatory, good knowledge of MS Office is necessary Knowledge of auditing according to the IATF 16949:2016 standard and experience in project work is desirable Good English skills and a high willingness to travel is necessary Why you should choose ZF in KunShan?
