We provide technology solutions and business services, including finance, accounting, legal, benefits, procurement, tax, real estate, treasury, and risk management. **Overview** As part of the Global team, you will play a pivotal role in driving process optimization initiatives across the organization. You will partner closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), business units, IT, and key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and support the design of future-state processes. Leveraging data-driven insights, you will help translate complex performance metrics into actionable strategies, enabling informed decision-making at all levels. In this role, you will serve as a central point of coordination for process documentation, use cases, and best practices, fostering a repository of process assets to support continuous improvement. You will also facilitate workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions to ensure stakeholder alignment and successful technology enablement. Additionally, you will actively contribute to change management efforts by developing communication plans, training materials, and feedback loops to drive user adoption and minimize resistance. Through ongoing performance monitoring and dashboard reporting, you will help identify deviations and propose enhancements, ultimately ensuring that process initiatives deliver sustainable value to the organization. **Responsibilities** 1. **Requirements Gathering and Analysis** 2. Initiate, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with GPOs and stakeholders. 3. Analyze business needs, current processes, and improvement opportunities. 4. repository of process assets, use cases, and related documents. 5. **Data Analysis and Insight Generation** 6. Collect and analyze data related to process performance and KPIs. 7. Translate data into actionable insights to support GPOs in decision-making. 8. **Support for Process Design and Improvement** 9. Assist in evaluating existing processes and designing future-state models. 10. Propose improvements based on best practices, benchmarks, and industry trends. 11. **Stakeholder Engagement** 12. Act as a liaison between the GPO, business units, IT, and end users. 13. Support workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions to ensure alignment. 14. **Technology Enablement Support** 15. Work with IT and GPOs to gather business requirements for system enhancements. 16. Support functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and technology rollouts. 17. **Change Management & Adoption** 18. Support the creation and execution of change management plans alongside the GPO. 19. Develop communication strategies, end-user documentation, and training materials. 20. Facilitate feedback loops during change implementation to ensure successful adoption. 21. Identify resistance points and propose mitigation strategies to enable user acceptance. 22. **Performance Monitoring and Reporting** 23. Track process performance and contribute to reporting dashboards. 24.
