You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure our pensions and benefits are not only compliant and cost-effective but also innovative and impactful.
What you will be doing –
Lead the global pensions and benefits strategy, aligning it with business priorities, employee needs, and market competitiveness.Oversee governance and compliance across all pension and benefits programmes, ensuring alignment with international regulations and best practices.Drive cost-effective, employee-centric benefits, including medical, life, income protection, and flexible benefits plans across multiple regions.Partner with key stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership) to embed pensions and benefits into the wider total rewards strategy.Manage global vendor relationships, including pension trustees, brokers, insurers, and consultants, optimising service delivery and costs.Develop and implement a global benefits framework, ensuring consistency while adapting to local regulatory and market needs.Use data and analytics to benchmark offerings, track performance, and identify opportunities to innovate and enhance employee engagement.Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes, ensuring our programmes are future-ready and reflective of evolving workforce expectations.Who we are looking for-
