We are looking for Global Order Specialist to Crusher Wears Business Line.

 

As Global Order Specialist, you will be responsible for take responsibility and make changes towards defined sales order and purchase orders after orders are created. Which includes, removal of delivery blocks, expediting and improving lead times, order cancellations, supplier delay changes, and monitoring for intercompany transactions.

 

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Expediting coordination for all sales orders. Sales order Backlog Monitoring and communication to different market areas. Order changes to sales orders and purchase orders in Metso’s global network. Communication of order changes to all stakeholders involved. Communication between Logistics, Master Data, Operative Purchasing, Availability Management, Production Unit and Customer Care teams. Other supply chain related exception tasks Other tasks assigned by team leader.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, customer care or other. Must be detail oriented. Degree in Business or Engineering preferred. Related degree, certification, and technical abilities. Experience working in the mining, engineering, or construction related industry is a plus. Understanding of global logistics network is a plus. Ability to travel abroad and locally.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Language skills (written, listening, and oral): English (mandatory) Familiarity with ERP/integrated system (SAP is preferred) Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under stress and meet the deadlines. Global mindset Capability to work in a team atmosphere. Capability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-language atmosphere. Capability of effectively and accurately working on several tasks at one time, and organizing, prioritizing tasks, decision making, and working in a fast-paced environment
