The Global Operations Lead for Exclusive Brands focuses on managing operational components of supply chain and sales order processes for North American retail through a network of relationships that span North America and Asia. The position demands leadership, analytical skills, and cross-functional communication to optimize supply chain strategies and inventory management for a portfolio of build to order private brands products. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. Basic qualifications

4 years of experience in global supply chain, inventory, or demand planningStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsProven ability to lead cross-functional communication and problem-solving

 

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field1 year of experience with SAP (sales order and purchase order management) Experience with Retek ERP (Retail, Inventory, or PO modules)APICS CSCM or CPIM certificationExperience working with international teams across time zonesFamiliarity with domestic and international logisticsMBA or advanced degree
