Global Online Strategy and Maintenance Manager

The Global Online Strategy Manager provides insight and support for all online solutions to the account management team and Schneider Electric travel leaders to enable effective interface of online tools with enterprise associates, efficient implementation of new features & releases, and realization of savings goals.

The Global Online Strategy manager will:

Global Strategy & Project Manager:Responsible Global Online life cycle: innovative leader, strategic thinker with a focus on program optimizationsupport the client, client management and customer’s contacts on a day-to-day basisLead the SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC Global travel programResponsible for driving innovative travel strategy balancing operational efficiency with a high touch service for the traveller experience.Develop Global & regional online adoption targets and market strategies for an intuitive online booking experience: Train, Monitor program status and savingsDevelop strategy plans, leader for customer expansion, future markets or technology implementation.Handle multiple priorities and deliver to often tight timeframes.Lead SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC Travel expansion, foresee markets implementations, expansion and technical sites optimization & site maintenance.Ensure the business requirements are aligned with global strategic objectives of both Amex GBT/partner and SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC.Special projects management: e.g. support SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC with new acquisitions and strategy.Online site reviews – Technical support to improve adoption levels including additional `new` functionalitylarge maintenance projects:Amex GBT Pre-Release – Testing and Post Release - Site updatesConcur Pre-Release – Testing and Post Release - Site updatesCSAT/Verbatim: analysis, solutions, recommendations shared

Implementation & Deployment manager Interact and support client in special projects and day-to-day requests such as Policy Exception management, crisis managementSupports Client and Client Management team leveraging project management,Implementation & deployment of Manage the Online tool roll out according to the project plan.Lead Concur Travel implementation programming & expansion of Concur Travel in new markets. Collaborate with GBT partners/JVs to develop and deploy Concur Travel in new countriesLead implementation of new booking function (Booking.com/Sponsored Guest …)Lead integration of new technology (Digital messages//Connect Update/OneGBT…) Interface with SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC’s travel program key contacts and technology teams, Amex product stakeholders, and online suppliers to implement, Development and support web applicationsGlobal solutions planning, developing, testing, and deployment of Concur functionalities, GDS & Local specifics.Amex GBT internal project impacting Online: Creation, development and communication of joint project plansProvide continuing support into current, upcoming, or developing technologiesMaximize tool capabilities to support enterprise policy and supplier strategies and ongoing program goals.Support the implementation of the Amex approved technology solutions that improve service delivery and execution of travel management demands.Key linkage for all advisories and future planning with key partners in American express i.e. Consulting, Card/Payment and MeetingsContinuing analysis and insight into current, upcoming, or developing technologies and benefits of integration or exclusion from program as per the industry and/or American ExpressConcur/Sustainability

Global Online Site Administrator, Support and Maintenance ManagerGlobal Site administrator on the Concur online booking tool. Implements vendor (air, rental car, hotel, etc.) agreements and monitors compliance with reporting, tracking data, knowledge on opportunities/challenges with performances of goals, etc.  Client Travel Policy – Maintain the master list of Client travel policies.  Ensure that Operations is notified of any changes and updates to the policies in OBTAirline, Car, Rail, Ground and Hotel Contracts – Maintain the vendor contracts in OBT + maintain Policy Rules & Messages Hotel:Handle the administrative aspects of the Hotel RFP. Hotel Maintenance: Load in OBT Preferred Properties, Preferred chains, Hotel Rate caps, Hotel policy Rules, Hotel messages Hotel policy Rules updates (Currency fluctuation)Bi-weekly Hotel calls: overview, action plans & milestones.AIR:Preferred airlines OBT upload and maintenanceAir policy Rules updates (Currency fluctuation)Update: Airline safety ratingBi-weekly Air calls: overview, action plans & milestones.CAR:Preferred Car OBT upload and maintenanceCar policy Rules updates (Currency fluctuation)Client Issues2nd level Tech support: Issue resolution/Vendor escalations/Outage &/or Maintenance communicationResearch and respond to client issues.
