Role Purpose

The IT Network Project Analyst will assist and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of global network-related projects within the organization. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and scope, and meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Assist in managing and leading global network projects from initiation to closure. Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project deliverables are met. Constantly monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion. Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management clearly and concisely. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Support managing project financials and forecasting. Manage ordering and billing processes. Experiences/Education - Required Excellent project management skills. Ability to assist and/or manage multiple global projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Understanding of network infrastructure is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong financial acumen. Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Travel Requirement

Potential travel of up to 30%, which may include international destinations Experiences/Education - Desired ​​​​​4-year degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT projects Project management certification is a plus.
