And so much more.​   ​ Come break through with us.  Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use. **Scope of Position** The IT Network Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of network-related projects within the organization. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** + Manage and lead global network projects from initiation to closure. + Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. + Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project deliverables are met. + Constantly monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion. + Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management clearly and concisely. + Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. + Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. + Financial report analysis, budgeting, statement analysis + Manage project financials – budget, actuals, forecasting. + Manage ordering and billing processes. **Experiences/Education - Required** + 4-year degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience + Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on IT network projects. + PMP or similar project management certification is preferred. + Bilingual (English/Spanish) + Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Proficiency in project management software and tools. + Understanding of network infrastructure is a plus. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. + Strong financial acumen + Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. **Travel Requirement** + Potential travel of up to 30%, which may include international destinations Corning Puts YOU First!
