What You'll Be Doing
Administer end-to-end domestic and international relocation programs to ensure a seamless transition for employees while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
Drive immigration processes by partnering with external legal counsel to facilitate the process for work permits, visas, and permanent residency applications.
Collaborate with Global Human Resource partners, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition to support mobility strategies and planning for global assignments.
Act as the primary point of contact for employees navigating relocation or immigration, addressing concerns and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
Deliver guidance to HR and hiring managers to build their understanding of mobility processes and immigration practices.
Maintain accurate documentation and recordkeeping to support audits and reporting requirements.
What Are We Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in relocation, global mobility management, or human resources preferred
Understanding of U.S. and Canadian mobility practices and compliance requirements beneficial
Strong sense of urgency in resolving employee inquiries
Proven success managing vendor relationships, mobility programs, and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to analyze mobility data to identify trends and develop strategic recommendations that support business and employee needs
