The Workplace Device Services function within the Workplace & Enterprise Services function is accountable for the services that are delivered through the physical devices that employees use on a day-to-day basis. This includes service strategy, performance and availability along with the definition and delivery of a world-class catalogue and strategic standards. The services in the remit of this role include laptops, desktops, mobiles, print, and video conferencing, which drive the roadmap to ensure we remain at the leading edge of technology innovation to improve the employee experience and efficiency. Accountable for currency, partner and supplier contracts and service delivery management, technology roadmap and refresh.
This role has a lead accountability for the Global Mobility Services (Voice & Data Carrier Contracts, Mobile Phone catalogue, procurement & lifecycle, Mobile Policies) and responsibility for the Workplace Device Services relationship with the vendors across each of these services.
