Global Mobility is a strategic HR function that manages the movement of employees across international borders to support business needs. It encompasses expatriate assignments, international transfers, remote work arrangements, and cross-border employment compliance.

The Performance and Governance Specialist in Global Mobility is responsible for overseeing the performance metrics and governance frameworks of the global mobility program. This role ensures that all mobility processes align with organizational goals and comply with relevant regulations.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Develop and implement performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of global mobility programs.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee relocations, assignments, and overall program success.

Ensure compliance with internal governance policies and external regulations.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Provide training and support to employees and managers on governance and performance standards.

Develop and maintain documentation related to governance policies and performance metrics.

Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in global mobility, governance, or performance management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of global mobility policies, immigration laws, and tax regulations.

Skills

Knowledge of mobility technology platforms and reporting tools.

Experience in working within a Global Mobility Centre of Excellence (CoE) or shared services environment.

Project management skills with experience in driving change and transformation initiatives.

Experience in process improvement, data analysis, and performance measurement.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
