The following position is to join our **RTX Enterprise Services** team: RTX is seeking a strong candidate to join the **Mobility Payroll and Tax Team** as a **Global Mobility Payroll Manager** . The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of our expat payrolls. The Mobility team is a fast paced, high volume, metrics driven, highly collaborative cross functional environment which is focused on individual and team performance, as well as continuous improvement. **What You Will Do** + Oversee payroll governance for US expat payrolls, including timely and accurate payroll processing + Manage global compensation collection and imputed income processing + Maintain and ensure payroll compliance with company policy + Review and update allowance calculations per source tables for DOS, DOD & Mercer + Ensure data integrity in expat management system relating to compensation history + Review and respond to information requests from internal and external audits, providing source table data, compensation calculations and response to policy questions + Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with the business unit program leadership teams to ensure efficient processing of expat compensation + Collaborate with cross functional teams + Travel based on business needs, minimum 1X per month to Farmington, CT **Qualifications You Must Have** + Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Mobility payroll processing, allowance calculations, and global compensation + At least 2 years of experience with Equus platform + Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience **Qualifications We Prefer** + Ability to manage, coach, develop, and train team + Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask + Self-starter able to work effectively in a fast paced highly collaborative cross functional team environment with excellent verbal and written skills + Must be able to demonstrate expertise in problem solving, analysis, and issue resolution **What We Offer** Whether you’re just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
