What will you be doing?
As a Global Medical Education Data Management and Analysis Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our data operations. You’ll work across platforms and teams to ensure data is accurate, accessible and actionable. From designing dashboards to collaborating with IT and Med Ed teams, your work will help shape strategic decisions and improve the learning experience for healthcare professionals worldwide. You’ll be responsible for:
Designing and maintaining databases and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators
Conducting data quality assessments and ensuring compliance with data governance standards
Analysing data from multiple sources to uncover trends and insights
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to automate processes and improve workflows
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role means being a strategic thinker with a passion for data and a knack for storytelling through analytics. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Strong proficiency in data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and SQL
Experience designing and managing databases, dashboards and analytics reports
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear narratives
A proactive mindset with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
