Global Markets, Business Support Manager New York, New York **Job Description:** **Summary** : Candidate will be a part of the Global Markets Change Management Team (GMCM). The Global Market Change Management (GMCM) team is responsible for coordinating and supporting end to-end solutions for regulatory and strategic business change. Team members lead projects and act as thought leaders for large strategic and regulatory change projects that impact Global Market’s AMRS region. These can involve working closely with all parts of Global Markets, including Sales, Trading, as well as related teams in Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Technology, both in the region and more globally. These projects are typically high profile and involve a high degree of strategic problem solving to ensure regulatory and/or commercial viability. The candidate will form part of a well-established and high-performing GMCM team in AMRS and globally. **Job Description** As part of the GMCM team, this role will manage regulatory and strategic initiatives, which may include: + Program management, both on an end-to-end basis, and/or discrete sub-components + Driving work in coordination with relevant Business teams, as well as Support and Control partners, to ensure a consistent approach and that appropriate control frameworks are established + Running and/or participating in governance routines to facilitate key deliverables + Reviewing underlying legal/regulatory requirements with key stakeholders to determine business impact and appropriate response + Work with Legal and Compliance on regulatory interpretation to ensure commercial and regulatory considerations are considered and balanced + Collaborating with Business, Compliance and Legal teams to design and deliver training on key regulations / strategic projects + Delivering process walkthroughs, and appropriate ‘audit trail’ on project work + Support several high profile projects concurrently + Escalate issues for senior management decisions where required and have the ability to influence senior executives + Coordinate cross-border and/or cross legal entity conformance on such projects + Support or lead cross-LOB coordination on key regional and global initiatives to ensure consistency and to identify/resolve any overlaps or conflicting guidance bybusiness/jurisdiction **Desired Skills and Competencies** + Strong comfort and familiarity with GM businesses (FICC, Equities, PB, F&O, etc.) + Strong understanding of AMRS Regulations, such as CFTC, SEC and FINRA rules + Program/project management experience with demonstrated ability to build project roadmaps, manage several key stakeholders and take ownership for delivery + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to simplify complex information into messages targeted to various levels of leadership + Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills and execution minded + Takes initiative and demonstrates a focused desire to understand responsibilities and drive/implement improvements + Very strong attention to detail + Able to adapt to changing business/regulatory environments + Experience working with technical teams and translating technical concepts to business audiences + Must be able to work well in collaborative team environment, but also independently run initiatives + Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple competing/concurrent activities + Proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point + Proficient in data aggregation, integration, and analysis **Shift:** 1st shift (United States of America) **Hours Per Week:** 40 Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
