What is the opportunity?
Maintain outlook calendars and manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings for teamArrange and coordinate domestic and international travel agendasHandle expense reports for assigned staff, assist with expense pre-approval process and ensure all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelinesAct as a subject matter expert for the team, regarding T&E as well as other policies and proceduresManage phones and screen incoming calls and determine the level of priorityArrange video conferences and meeting spacesManage client contact information in RBC’s CRM (Client Relationship Management system), assist with call reports and various data entryAssist with technology requests, supply orders and miscellaneous queriesAssist with staff on-boarding and off-boarding, which includes requesting equipment setup and system accessCreate and edit spreadsheets and presentations, including printing, copying, collating and binding, for internal and external meetingsPrepare and submit invoicesHandle regular activities without prompting, and advise in advance of issues or delaysWork cooperatively with other team members in positive partnership to support and provide overall coverage and backup supportMaintain information flow to internal partners and remain up to date on divisional activities and business objectivesLead and coordinate ad hoc projects as requestedWhat do you need to succeed?
At least 5 years of administrative experience within the finance industryBachelor’s degree or equivalentAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentAbility to organize, prioritize, multi-task and solve problems efficientlyHigh attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh degree of integrity and confidentialityHigh proficiency in Microsoft applications - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointAble to learn new technology quickly and adapt functionality to departmental needsExhibits sound judgement and decision-making abilitiesAbility to interact effectively and establish good working relationships with other internal and external personnelExcellent telephone etiquetteSelf-starter with ability to work independentlyWhat’s in it for you?

This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
