Global Marketing Communications Specialist - Full Time - Madrid, Spain

We are looking for a Global Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Energy & Infrastructure Business Unit (EIBU) in Spain to lead global marketing efforts, including events, PR, content creation, and regional strategy. Ensure consistent messaging and support growth in key markets worldwide.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Marketing Communications Execution: Execute global marketing campaigns across key regions, including India, the Middle East, North America, and South America. Ensure campaigns are localized for each market while maintaining a consistent global brand presence.
Content Creation: Identify compelling stories that showcase the EIBU’s work, innovation, and success. Lead the creation of high-quality content for various platforms, including our website and LinkedIn, to effectively communicate these stories to internal and external audiences. Ensure content aligns with the company’s voice, values, and strategic objectives.
Content Strategy Development: Support the content strategy to elevate the BU’s digital presence and market positioning. Explore new formats and creative approaches to ensure content remains fresh and engaging across multiple channels, including LinkedIn.
Public Relations: Manage PR initiatives to increase EIBU’s visibility and media presence. Craft press releases, pitch stories, and secure media coverage to build a positive reputation and raise awareness of the BU’s achievements and capabilities.
Event and Exhibition Management: Coordinate and manage EIBU’s participation in major global events, exhibitions, and trade shows. Ensure that events are aligned with the marketing strategy and deliver maximum brand exposure, engagement, and lead generation.
Campaign Localization: Localize global marketing campaigns and ensure they resonate with local audiences. Adapt messaging, visuals, and formats to ensure relevance and impact in each specific market.
Internal Communications Management: Manage internal communications to keep BU leadership and employees aligned with the broader organizational strategy. Help foster a strong internal culture through clear, consistent messaging that supports collaboration and engagement across teams.
Content Distribution & Performance Tracking: Support the distribution of content across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, email newsletters, and industry publications. Track content performance, analyze engagement metrics, and refine strategies to improve reach and impact.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Work Experience: 3-5 years Expertise: Proven track record in developing digital and offline content and supporting events, preferably in a related technical B2B industry Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration preferred; equivalent certifications accepted Languages: Fluent in English Soft Skills: Clear communication, innovative thinking, cross-functional collaboration, time management, and prioritization abilities
