JOB TITLE: Global Marketing Communications Content Specialist

Position Summary:

In this role, the Global Marketing Communications Content Specialist will be responsible for creating clear, compelling content that supports internal and external communications, customer engagement, and partner alignment. This person will develop and refine messaging across multiple channels, including email, web, social media, and lead generation campaigns to ensure consistency, clarity, and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, edit, and proofread a wide range of communication materials, including internal announcements, customer updates, e-news, press releases, and partner communications.Write and optimize content for digital channels, i.e. websites, landing pages, and social media platforms.Collaborate with other marketing communications teams to craft compelling content for lead generation campaigns, including emails, ads, and gated content.Assist in the creation of communication plans to support business initiatives.Coordinate with design and digital teams to align messaging with visual assets and ensure a consistent cross-channel experience.Ensure all communications align with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.Manage and maintain content calendars for internal and external channels.Track performance of communications and campaigns, applying insights to improve engagement and outcomes.


MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.2–5 years of experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, or similar roles.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Ability to simplify complex ideas and tailor messages to varied audiences.Experience writing for press releases, websites, social media, email marketing, and/or campaign content.Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
