What You'll Do
As the Operations Manager within BCG’s Activation & Orchestration (A&O) team, you will play a critical role in improving how marketing campaigns are planned, executed, and shared across the A&O team, the channel teams, Practice Area marketing as well regional and local marketing teams. You’ll drive the development of a more connected marketing operating model, while also empowering campaign teams with the right processes, playbooks, and upskilling opportunities to elevate best practices that professionalize how A&O runs integrated campaigns
Your responsibilities will include:
A) Strengthen collaboration and transparency:
Support in the definition & roll-out of a marketing operating model that improves visibility and alignment among Global, Regional, and Practice Area (PA) Marketing teamsCreate and manage consistent ways for campaign teams to share plans, priorities, and performance across teamsMaintain a real-time view of active and upcoming marketing initiatives across the businessB) Establishing Campaign Standards & Best Practices:
Define and implement standardized campaign processes, templates, and governance frameworks across A&OFacilitate cross-campaign learning through retrospectives, documentation, and enablement sessionsLead onboarding and upskilling programs that ensure consistency in how campaigns are run
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Designing systems and structures that bring clarity and efficiency to complex marketing environmentsFacilitating workshops, learning sessions, or retrospectives that drive valueConnecting teams across silos and creating shared accountabilitySynthesizing feedback and turning lessons learned into scalable solutionsWhat You'll Bring
6+ years of experience in marketing operations, enablement, or campaign/project management within a global B2B or professional services settingExperience working across large, matrixed marketing organizations and driving cross-team collaborationProven ability to establish and roll out standardized processes, playbooks, or operating modelsA solid understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and how they’re brought to life across channelsA mindset for simplification, continuous improvement, and scalable impactWho You'll Work With
You will work closely with Marketing & Communications Channel teams, Creative & Content experts, the Marketing Insights team, and Senior Leaders to drive the success of the campaign. Together, you’ll shape compelling narratives, refine KPIs, and ensure seamless execution across channels. Your role will involve deep collaboration to align strategy, optimize impact, and continuously elevate the creative and innovative approach of the campaign.
