Global Market Segment Leader, Data Center

Chemours Advanced Performance Materials (APM) business is seeking a **Global Market Segment Leader** , **Data Center,** to join our Advanced Electronics Venture Team! This position will report to the Advanced Electronics Venture Leader in our Wilmington, DE office (remote applicants may be considered). The Global Market Segment Leader, Data Center for Advanced Electronics Venture, is responsible for enhancing APM revenue growth in the Data Center segment, with a focus on High-Speed Cable. This role requires strong competencies in business development and influential leadership, along with good market insight. The leader must effectively mobilize skilled resources and form strong partnerships with direct and value chain customers to achieve sustainable and profitable revenue growth. Key responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: + Formulating growth strategies of High-Speed Cable for the Data Center and identifying additional growth opportunities in adjacent areas. + Serving as the integration point for cross-functional efforts among technology, sales, and product management to accelerate and maximize growth in High-Speed Cable of Data Center. + Educating and guiding the data center value chain including hyperscalers on the benefits of APM products from the design phase to ensure our products are specified. + Leading collaborative efforts among Sales, Technology and other functions to establish / strengthen relationships with key direct and downstream customers throughout the Data Center value chain. + Leading the development of a market-backed growth pipeline to achieve sustainable business growth in Data Center market. + Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activities to enable strategic decisions. To be qualified for this role, you _must possess_ the following: + Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, material science, or a related field. + A minimum of 10 years’ marketing and / or business development experience with increasing levels of responsibilities. + Strong business acumen. + Demonstrated leadership abilities, excellent collaboration skills, and effective stakeholder management. + Demonstrated record in successfully identifying and building strategic partnerships. + Ability to synthesize data and create insights. + Effective communication skills at senior levels in the organization and at customers. + Passion and eagerness to learn. + Willingness to challenge paradigms and develop new business models.
