The Global Operations Lead will oversee the delivery and execution of all activities related to operational effectiveness for the Immunology Global Market Access & Pricing (MAP) and working across with our HEVA/Pricing CoE partners.
The Global Operations Lead will work with all Immunology Global MAP Leads to co-ordinate the budgetary and contracting steps and needs of each asset to deliver a best-in-class launch readiness and execution across the Immunology portfolio in the global to local setting. With this objective, he/she will be fully responsible to run the day-to-day operations efficiently in line with the business objectives.
The Global Operations lead will be fully responsible for seamless and effective communication between Global, region, local and the Global Market Access CoE.
He/she will be responsible for designing and managing the Immunology Global MAP digital platforms and tools for country use internally or customer facing.
The lead will ensure appropriate alignment across brands within Immunology therapeutic area to ensure consistent governance.
In addition, the lead will also spearhead all efforts toward general operational effectiveness for Immunology Global MAP. This will include working with all members of Immunology Global MAP to establish efficient ways of working and ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and capabilities for working and collaborating effectively at Sanofi.
The lead will represent the Immunology Global MAP team on all operational effectiveness initiatives across Sanofi.

Main Responsibilities:
Gathering and co-ordination of the country market access strategy requests with the Immunology Global MAP leads.
Responsible to develop and implement tactics and tools to enhance ways of working and collaboration across global, regional, local and alliance teams.
Responsible for digitalization of country and payer facing the platforms and tools.
Build efficiencies across Immunology Global MAP by identifying activities that can be appropriately centralized and ensure effective execution of activities while respecting the firewall.
Lead and organize forums and useful knowledge sharing across the Immunology market access colleagues in the Immunology Global Market Access Tripod (Global MAP, Global HEVA, and aligned Global Pricing colleagues) and regional and affiliate teams) as needed to achieve goals while respecting the firewall.
Responsible for execution of organizational plans, proactive preparation of management reports and various other operational elements including but not limited to compliance related topics.
Prepare or ensure preparation of presentations and documents requested for internal and external meetings and events.
Provide operational and project management support to Immunology Global MAP leads and teams.
Responsible to complete all purchase order and vendor contracting across Immunology Global MAP needs to ensure business success.
Responsible for Immunology Global MAP budget organization and follow-up to support the Immunology Global MAP head.
Partner across functions and teams for cross franchise projects to enhance the value of specialty care products.
About You
Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in life sciences, business, finance or digital
1-3 years’ experience in one of following operations disciplines preferred: marketing, sales analytics, digital, product/project management, consulting, and / or corporate finance
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are required. Collaboration, conceptual and innovation skills would be helpful.
Very strong communication skills including experience of use of digital tools for communication
Experience in digital is a plus for this position
Track record in project and budget management is a must for this position
Track record in cross-functional collaborations demonstrate impact and ability to navigate complex matrix organizational structures
Track record in project management and budget management
Strong focus on processes and understanding of key concepts and methodologies for improving process

The salary range for this position is:
$147,000.00 - $212,333.33All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
