Who You Are
Become part of our team with an agile role to cover the Global Supply Chain activities required to execute an efficient closed loop supply chain.

What You Will Be Doing
This position will have variable responsibilities that will be supported with a Supply Chain background including understanding and executing with our Global Supply Chain and Transportation Management System (TMS). It is expected you will be able to address and resolve transportation issues with suppliers, buyers, and carriers and act as a representative between Traffic, project management and integration to support SCM Procurement, Production, Transportation Management and Global Sustainment and supplier processes. In addition, you should be able to compile and assess project management, working across functional teams to develop requirements, assess priorities, and oversee implementation strategies and communicate progress up to management. A familiar background in transportation and supply chain will help you develop solutions for complex problems to meet customer needs and requirements.
The role may consist of the integration across multiple resources and interface with buyers and suppliers to assist in the compliance to adhere to the use of our supply chain systems and tools.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Transportation related background
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (spreadsheets, presentations, etc.)
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Desired Skills:
Transportation related background, commercial or military.
Knowledge of DOD transportation and Government Freight
management systems.
Experience with Systems Applications and Processes (SAP).
Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems.
Skills for developing cross functional collaboration and
consensus building.
Strong ability to work and make decisions independently
Ability to obtain a Top Level Security Clearance.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
