As the Global Learning Operational Excellence and Quality Manager, you will provide strategic guidance and structure to our global learning function CurioZ by developing, implementing and optimizing quality management processes, ensuring alignment with local, country-specific regulations and overall governance frameworks for our business partners.
Develop, implement and monitor quality management/assurance processes and procedures for our global learning function (CSOP, SOPs, WIs) to ensure compliance with standards and regulations and collaborate with our internal business partners
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of inefficiency for our function’s performance, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports, decision papers and presentations for management on quality performance and improvement initiatives
Gather and analyze country-specific, local legal requirements in the field of learning (e.g required learning language, learning time per year, documentation, …)
Stays updated with trends in the Learning field through continuous learning, and internal and external benchmarking and audit activities.
Educate, and develop continuous improvement skills and competencies across the global learning function in terms of quality and processes
Your ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Learning & Development, or a related field and significant experience in an operational excellence role, preferably in learning & development, or business-related field
Proven ability to develop, implement and optimize processes and ensure quality control in learning organizations and proven track record in driving continuous operational excellence and supporting cultural transformation
Experience developing strategic concepts, conducting in-depth analysis, and preparing decision-making documents for senior leadership
Excellent conceptualization and strategic thinking skills with a hands-on ability to drive operational excellence setup and execution
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets
