As our new Lead Data Scientist, you will be the driving force in scaling advanced AI/ML solutions that make our supply chain smarter, faster, and more resilient.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll apply data science, ML, and AI directly to real business challenges:

Drive the adoption and scaling of AI/ML models across global supply chain planning. Monitor, validate, and continuously improve ML models to ensure positive business impact. Redesign safety stock calculations using Machine Learning and forecast accuracy metrics to optimize inventory. Deploy AI-driven automation tools that simplify communication and reduce manual coordination. Implement simulation-based, ML-powered inventory policies for consistent, automated service levels. Build and maintain high-performance tools, from data queries to Excel VBA-based solutions. What We're Looking For

We imagine you have:

A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field. Proven experience in Machine Learning and AI model development and deployment – ideally within supply chain or operations. Strong programming skills and the ability to design scalable, high-impact solutions. Experience with forecasting, inventory optimization, or supply chain planning tools. A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders across functions. What You'll Get from Us
