As our new **Lead Data Scientist** , you will be the driving force in scaling advanced **AI/ML solutions** that make our supply chain smarter, faster, and more resilient.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
In this role, you’ll apply **data science, ML, and AI** directly to real business challenges:
+ Drive the adoption and scaling of **AI/ML models** across global supply chain planning.
+ Monitor, validate, and continuously improve ML models to ensure positive business impact.
+ Redesign safety stock calculations using **Machine Learning** and forecast accuracy metrics to optimize inventory.
+ Deploy **AI-driven automation tools** that simplify communication and reduce manual coordination.
+ Implement simulation-based, ML-powered inventory policies for consistent, automated service levels.
+ Build and maintain high-performance tools, from data queries to Excel VBA-based solutions.
**What We're Looking For**
We imagine you have:
+ A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in **Machine Learning and AI model development and deployment** – ideally within supply chain or operations.
+ Strong programming skills and the ability to design scalable, high-impact solutions.
+ Experience with forecasting, inventory optimization, or supply chain planning tools.
+ A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders across functions.
