Global Lead, Crisis, Emergency and Situation Response Planning In this role you will be part of a dynamic team, responsible for the creation of people safety and resiliency strategies world wide. You will be responsible for developing strategy and achieving stakeholder buy in for the program and its deliverables. The leading candidate will supervise a dynamic, globally positioned team of practitioners who are collectively working to ensure Aon's people and assets are appropriately positioned to plan for and respond to incidents that may impact the safety and security of our global colleague population. What the day will look like + Join a dynamic team focused on global people safety and resiliency strategies. + Develop strategy and secure stakeholder buy-in for program deliverables. + Lead a globally positioned team of practitioners. + Ensure Aon's people and assets are prepared to respond to safety and security incidents. + Drive planning and incident response efforts for the global colleague population. How this opportunity is different This opportunity differes from traditional business continuity roles due to the increased focus on colleague safety and resiliency, and the development of plans and strategies that minimize the impact of risk events across the globe Skills and experience that will lead to success + At least 5 years of progressive responsibility in a response operations, business continuity, or resiliency role is required + The ability to accommodate flexible working hours as per the needs of the firm and the global operating environments are highly desired; this includes some nights, weekends, and holidays + The ideal candidate will be required to work independently with minimal supervision and set program strategy + Bachelor degree is strongly preferred + Crisis Management and/or Business Continuity professional certifications are highly desired How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
