Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience. + 13 years of experience in a sales management consulting, sales operations, sales leadership or related role. + 10 years of experience leading a technology-focused vendor program. + 8 years of experience in people management. + Experience building business cases or plans that incorporate market research, competitive intelligence, and internal resource analysis to recommend a course of action. Preferred qualifications: + Experience working with multiple vendors, running sales or account management process, support processes for B2B and managing vendor contracts, particularly in a managed services environment. + Technical aptitude and knowledge of ML/AI Ops. + Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with senior management across IT, businesses, vendors and other stakeholders. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. + Strong executive management and presentation skills. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
