Global Law Department Operations Assistant

In this role you will support the whole Legal Function with maintenance and reviews of various corporate matters, initially requiring some mentorship and direction, with reduced levels of supervision as experience grows. You will handle projects across the full range of subject matters supported by the legal team, in the areas of strategic planning, financial management, knowledge management, vendor management, technology implementation and management, and legal data analytics.

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ System Management and administration (including SharePoint, Microsoft Power Suite, DocuSign CLM): supporting process flows for tools, assessing emerging technology capabilities and development services (requirements, design, testing, support).
+ Support team solutions of automating manual processes, digitizing physical tasks, and improving the speed and quality of the legal department through the strategic deployment of technology solution and project coordination
+ Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to publish and deliver training programs, ensuring that applicable system implementations satisfy Emerson requirements for internal controls.
+ Project and intake requests communication with stakeholders regarding planning, developments and implementation of initiatives for the legal organization as assigned depending on complexity.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Highschool graduate
+ 1+ years of relevant work experience in an administrative role, working with documentation, data accuracy, preparing and delivering training programs, or similar.
+ Intermediate MS Office skills
+ Proficient to excellent oral and written English language skills (any other European language would be nice to have/a plus).
+ Strong organizational skills, reliable and good attention to detail
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Familiar with SharePoint, Teams preferred
