Job Overview:
Linde is seeking an Executive Director, Electronics Global Key Accounts. The incumbent will own the US Strategic Electronic Accounts and will be responsible for all direct and dotted line reports within the region where the customer does business.
This role will be charged to champion safety within the account to ensure all Linde standards and requirements are adhered to and take visible ownership of all safety topics.
Other Duties Include:
Take the lead for all new Electronics opportunities within Region Americas.Champion and lead by example Linde Safety goals and objectivesWork with the regions to develop the strategy to scope, cost, bid, win and execute defined electronic opportunities.Provide direct support for the region / business to supplement existing resources to apply maximum focus on new opportunity.Fill the gap in expertise for high purity gas systems, high purity components and advanced analytical systems necessary to scope, cost and execute electronics projects.Liaise with Global Regions and Businesses where customer currently does business to ensure specific customer requirements and operational practices are imported and are part of the winning strategy.Proactive approach for all Global Regions and Businesses for aligning on best practices for design, operations, component selection, high purity systems and quality in support of Region Americas Electronics customer base.Work with Global Electronics teams to ensure BOPs and to evaluate common platforms to minimize required capex.Take joint ownership with the region / business of the opportunities PL from the start to the end of the first year of operations to ensure that business model case and all assumptions are delivered.Take ownership of Global Strategic Electronics Accounts and work with Global Regions / Businesses to achieve sales objectives.Work closely with the Global Regions / Businesses and Region Americas to leverage capable resources in support to develop business opportunities. Help build the capability of the organization such that Linde is seen as an industry leader in the supply of high purity gases to the electronics market within the US and Globally.Support the development of operations and reliability personnel necessary to operate and maintain high purity gas systems.Support the sales force in understanding and communicating to electronics customers the benefits of Linde’s product and services offering.Understand the interrelationships and competing demands of the organization and business units. Work to influence the organization to support the growth agenda for the electronics market within Region Americas.Focal point for investment analysis, pricing, contract negotiations champion the approval process within Region Americas.Support the introduction of new products and services into Region Americas electronics customers.Provide technical support and training to the regions / business for high purity and electronics related products and services.Scope:
